NHL.tv or MLB.tv not working

If NHL.tv or MLB.tv isn't loading correctly, that usually just means the location set for your account is incorrect. Our firewall will prevent proper access to our network from any incoming traffic with an IP not whitelisted to use our DNS.

Please log into your account and click the Update Location button at the top right of the page in order to update your IP.

Not working on Fire TV?

With the recent Amazon Fire TV OS update (version 5.0.5), Fire TV devices (boxes and sticks) will ignore IPv4 DNS settings in favor of IPv6 if available. If you're still getting blackouts, you'll need to disable IPv6 on your router in order to allow your Fire TV to use our DNS.

Not working on Roku?

Some newer Roku models force themselves to use Google's DNS. If you're still getting blackouts on your Roku, you'll need to disable Google's DNS on your router. Here are instructions on how to do that.

Not working on Xbox One?

Some Xbox Ones will favor IPv6 if it's available on your router. If you're still getting blackouts, you'll need to disable IPv6 on your router in order to allow your Xbox One to use our DNS.
