There was a major fire in one of our datacenters which affected for some customers. We're continuing to provision new servers at an alternate location. If you're having issues with, there is no need to submit a ticket, we're aware of the issue. We hope to get this sorted in the coming days. Check back here for updates.

If you're still experiencing blackouts after setting up our DNS, try logging out of and back into the app. That normally fixes these kinds of issues.
